We’re so glad you’re considering Lander-Grinspoon Academy for your family. An LGA education is transformative for our students and families. Children experience rigorous academics, world-class arts including a dedicated maker-space, art studio, and music and farm program and meaningful exploration of Jewish spirituality, history and culture all in a positive and supportive social-emotional environment.

Our inclusive community of families celebrates diversity in every way. In addition to a wide range of Jewish experience and expression, our families are racially and ethnically varied. We represent every color of the LGBTQIA+ rainbow and reflect a wide range of socio-economic diversity as well.

Our students also come from every town within an hour’s drive of Northampton. This includes Amherst, Belchertown, Cummington, Easthampton, East Longmeadow, Granby, Hatfield, Haydenville, Holyoke, South Deerfield, Springfield, W. Hatfield, and Williamsburg.

We welcome visitors to the school throughout the year. Prospective families are encouraged to visit in the early fall to allow plenty of time to learn about the school, and have questions answered before the admissions deadline.
